Meet Maddie
My interest in osteopathy started through sport, both as an athlete and a patient. Experiencing injuries firsthand, I saw how much of a difference the right care can make, not just in recovery, but in confidence, performance, and getting back to what you love.
Having had my fair share of injuries, I understand how frustrating and limiting they can feel. I strongly believe that movement is medicine, so wherever possible, I’ll work with you to stay active, adapting training, work, or daily habits to keep you moving forward.
Treatment tailored to you.
No two people are the same, so no two treatments should be either. I take the time to understand what’s going on, treat the underlying cause, and give you the tools to move forward with confidence, not just rely on treatment alone.
As an evidence-based practitioner, I take a structured approach to rehabilitation, working through key milestones to support long-term results, not just short-term relief.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors, chasing waterfalls, or staying active through sport, something that continues to shape how I approach treatment and movement.
